SPRING/SUMMER FRAGRANCES TO INDULGE IN
Part 2: CITRUS for SPRING/SUMMER

Citrus scents are the best for spring/summer because of their clean and fresh feel! Below are some of the loved citrus scents around the world:) Please note that I have not given ratings for these because the scents reviewed here are some of my personal favourites and they all deserve 4 and more stars:)

Eau de Rochas

This perfume is always winning the tops list when it comes to summer. Rochas introduced this some 20 years ago, Eau de Rochas is still a best seller. Made of fresh sparkling ingredients like Mandarin, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon and Rose this is the most citrus fresh scent you can wear. The packaging cannot be made more perfect than to suit the season this scent is for; the bottle appears frosted like the mingling streams of water with a crystalised stopper. Unique is the word.

Long Lasting: Well, lasted at least 3/4s of the day on me.... So What I think about this scent and why I think it makes a good Spring/Summer Scent: Lets say love anything Rochas makes, this one is no exception. Its fresh and clean and sparkling and it has everything people will like to smell, eat and drink during summer (Mandarin, Lemon etc) This is good quality stuff, its definitely a great summer scent!

Kenzo L'eau Par

Light, clean, greeny and citrusy. Thats how I will describe this scent because it is very unique and the ingredients used are relatively new in the perfume world. The bottle comes in a transparent oval shape with a shade of blue as the stopper. It is a very simple and casual scent that is never overbearing, yet lasts the whole day.

Long Lasting: Yes, very. So What I think about this scent and why I think it makes a good Spring/Summer Scent: Its fresh and clean and gives me a feeling and smell of "a just showered skin", simply distinct stuff. You must smell this!

Origins Spring Fever

This is another hot stuff for summer. Made with the most fresh clean notes like watermelon, lemon and all that "quench-my-summer-thirst" ingredients, this is a very versatile, casual scent. The packaging is simple and clean cut.

Long Lasting: Doesn't really last more than 1/2 a day on me. So What I think about this scent and why I think it makes a good Spring/Summer Scent: Refreshing blend, fresh and pure. One of my faves:-) What more can i ask for?
